EVA’s Live Webinars Offers CMP Credits
Washington, DC, October 3, 2022 – EVA is now a CMP Approved Provider by Events Industry Council (EIC). EIC’s Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential program allows association professionals and meeting planners to professionally evolve with the events industry, and enhance their knowledge while earning Continuing Education (CE) credits. “Today, the CMP credential is recognised globally as the badge of excellence in the events industry. The qualifications for certification are based on professional experience, education and a rigorous exam.” according to EIC’s website.
EIC claims that the CMP is created and for meeting professionals. Event planners from all over the world volunteer their time to ensure that the programme reflects the best practices in the meeting management field. Currently, more than 11,000 meeting professionals in 55 countries around the globe hold the CMP designation. This community represents every sector of the industry—from corporations and associations to government and institutional organisations.
