What payment processors does EVA support?
If I use EVA to process my credit cards, how do I collect my net funds?
If you use EVA’s built-in credit card processing system, then the net funds will be remitted to you via check within seven (7) business days after the end of your event.
Are there any extra fees for accepting online payments?
Can I collect payments offline for my events?
Yes. You can accept cash or checks offline. Payments can be tracked and registrations can be confirmed in EVA allowing for you to have one central location for all your registrations.
How does EVA collect the registration service fee for events?
The registration service fee is calculated seven (7) business days after your event.
If you use EVA Merchant Services…EVA will issue your net funds to you by mail.
EVA will invoice you for the service fee ($0.99 USD) for the total number registrations which you may pay by credit card or check.
Do my attendees need a PayPal account to pay for their registration?
No. Attendees can pay using any Credit Card supported by PayPal. PayPal supports Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Attendees can also pay using Check or Cash.
What forms of payment does EVA accept?
EVA accepts VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Check & Cash.
How much does it cost to accept registrations on EVA?
EVA charges $0.99 USD flat fee per registration.
How do I collect my money?
If you use EVA Merchant Services… Seven (7) business days after your event, EVA will issue your net funds to you by check via mail.
If you use PayPal or Authorize.net…you will collect fees as dictated by the third party processors. Seven (7) business days after your event, EVA will invoice you for the total number of registrations times $0.99 USD.
